It will be a bit difficult for you to get donkey cheese because there is only one farm that produces this cheese – the Zasavica nature reserve in Serbia is where manager Slobodan Simic makes the cheese from the milks of 300 donkeys, but only 20 produce of them will produce donkey milk at any given time.
